Discounts: All orders exceeding $10,000 receive a 10% discount. Qualified architects and designers receive a 10% discount. (Total discount of 20% to the trade on orders exceeding $10,000.)

Lead Time: 8 weeks (though often sooner).

Terms of Sale: 50% downpayment and balance paid before final shipment. To initiate order, downpayment must be received with a signed order contract, prepared by johnNYdesign. Interest of 1.5% per month will be applied to any delinquent amount. The buyer is also responsible for any collection and legal fees attached to delinquent accounts.

Shipping: Method of shipping will be determined on a case by case basis in consultation with the client or their representative. Special shipping (delivery, installation) instructions may be arranged for an additional cost. All shipping times and delivery dates are approximate except as guaranteed by the shipping company.

Custom Orders: Please contact us with any custom requests you may have. If we can help you, we will prepare an estimate and submit it to you for your approval. (Please be advised that customization adds significantly to the production cost.)

Materials and Finishes: johnNYdesign uses high quality birch plywood in its Duet line. The natural beauty of the face veneers and the unique surfaces created by the edge plies reflect the natural beauty of the wood and its random variation in color and pattern. This variation, which johnNYdesign keeps within acceptable limits for wood furniture, should be considered by buyers when comparing samples with finished furniture.

Limited Warranty: johnNYdesign warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of manufacture provided that the product was used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which it was designed. Warranty does not include normal wear and tear. This warranty is to the initial purchaser and is valid while they own the merchandise. No other warranty, including warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, is made by johnNYdesign, either expressed or implied. johnNYdesign shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any product defect.
